We just closed on our home we designed, built and raised our family in over the past 15 years. Closed yesterday. The de Jong Team is excellent. Very knowledgeable of the market, extremely professional, supported us when glitches occurred and welcomed our involvement in the marketing process, which was very important to me. They went above and beyond. One example: The last piece of "furniture" left unsold or otherwise given away was our treadmill (it killed me, but we won't have room for it at the next place). So, Cristin Frey (Marketing & Listing Coordinator) jumped in and ran a Facebook ad and it sold within 24 hours. Out the door it went. The de Jong team "gets" that selling a high-end home (or any home) requires skillful marketing... it's not "sales". Cristin was great. She made a list based on our criteria and showed us several places. Based on our feedback she figured out exactly what we were looking for and let us know each time something close came on the market. She looked at places for us, gave us video tours, texted and emailed pictures and videos, ran down information about units and HOA requirements, helped coordinate furniture deliveries, and checked to confirm repairs were completed.
