Storm Meadows is a large complex started in 1969 and have both Condos and Townhomes. The location is on the Steamboat Mountain and some units are ski-in ski-out while others are short walk or ski-in walk-out. There are options for everyone at different price points but are generally considered to be luxury condos and do rent well. Here is a breakdown of the different buildings:

Storm meadows East, Storm Meadows 1 and Storm Meadows 300 and 400 buildings

All built in 1969 and are ski-in ski out (East being the closest to slopes while others have an access trail) located on Right O Way ski trail. They are mainly one and two bedroom condos and are convenient for guests to be able to go back to the condo for lunch or break from skiing (i.e. good for families) 

Storm Meadows Club (A,B and C)

Slightly quieter or more secluded location the East but still offer trail access and were built in 1974. The Club has heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, fitness facility as well as tennis courts. Condos are mainly one and two bedroom units.

Trails at Storm Meadows

The Trails have the larger units (3 and 4 bedrooms) and were built in 1996-98. Since they are higher up, the units do provide great views of both the Ski Mountain as well as South Views of the Yampa Valley from the large private balconies. Trails units do have ski access as well as Spa Facility and heated outdoor pool.

Spa at Storm Meadows

Built in 1994 Spa at Storm Meadows comprise 12 three bedroom units most with stunning Yampa Valley views as well as fitness center, outdoor pool and hot tubs

Storm Meadows Townhouses

Three level 3 and 4 bedroom units with great privacy but still slope side location, the townhouses generally fetch the highest PSF of all the Storm Meadow buildings (see SOLDS below)
